Scheduling is flexible, and it's a work-from-home operation so you can work from anywhere at any time. Attendance policy is very well-suited for at-home work; you can make up time that you end up missing.

Minpunten

Pay is not great, production metrics are incredibly strict, and 90% of the people you reach out to will either hang up on you without a word, or be incredibly rude.

We conduct annual salary reviews to ensure our pay is commensurate with the market and due to the nature of the position, we must remain strict about production metrics. We understand the stress that negative call respondents can bring but are glad you are able to maintain a positive outlook!
