Pluspunten
The environment at eGlobalTech is energetic and fast paced. Employees are incredibly intelligent and professional while the work is challenging. In fact, eGlobalTech is at the forefront of almost every major Federal IT transformation initiative! In response to the "Look in the Mirror" review, eGlobalTech (in my experience) has consistently fostered an open door policy where honesty is valued. The only reason that I've seen employees dismissed is because of poor performance (and that’s after several chances and extensive coaching).
Minpunten
Some of the downsides of working at eGlobalTech include the fact that it is a growing company and therefore its infrastructure (such as content/knowledge management systems, collaboration systems, etc) are still developing. Also - although there is an employee training and orientation program - it could be expanded somewhat to provide a more comprehensive overview of consulting skills.
