Had good events for members to socialize and take breaks. Everyone was kind and welcoming.

Minpunten

There weren’t many intern collaborations between disciplines in company. Down time is little to none and some members may be overworked— but company makes it known that they will try and help if that’s the case so.

Great people, decent pay for an internship, gained plenty of experience with certain computer programs. Planning team was excellent and I had great mentors and leadership.

Minpunten

I pretty much did the same 3 or 4 things every day. I was either making base maps, concept plans/bubble plans, working on lotting plans, or plats. Lots of plats. After the first month it did get pretty boring being in that office all day with no sunlight, staring at a screen, doing the same things. But, I think that's really just the nature of the job and doesn't say anything bad about the company.
