      Pluspunten

      Once you start working for the client company, you do not need to go to EIRE office/do regular report to EIRE. Only what you need to do is sending timesheet monthly. In my case, I could learn a lot at my client company and have wonderful colleagues there. Therefore, my whole career at EIRE was great.

      Minpunten

      There was no training course provided from EIRE. For example, if I want to take scrum master course, I need to negotiate with client company or cover the cost myself.
