Exotic tech stack, a bit of chaos on customers' projects. Small/rare salary increase. It may be difficult to interview with another companies after such tech background. As a regular developer, you won't interact with k8s (only as a user) /cloud (which is required by many employers).

If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.

Minpunten

Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
