      This has been gradually improving but there was a lack of transparency in certain areas of the business. Also currently no set career advancement process or evaluation criteria

      This place is crashing and burning quickly. Its ran by a President NA who is a dictator who cares nothing about his employees and is only concerned with making money. He treats his entire team with no respect and treats women with no respect and values . There is no diversity, training , processes and you are on your own to succeed. The UK team does not care about the NA team and HR plays a significant role in the toxicity that drives that business. The turnover is extremely high l. If you are looking for a company where you can grow, learn and feel supported this is not it.
