EMBL offers a vibrant atmosphere, lots of scientists from all over the world visit because if the conferences, science level is really high. Aalarz is higher than an academic postdoc, plus one gets a private health insurance.

Minpunten

Up on the hill, far from the citz centre. Can be difficult to reach and super annoying in winter. One can stay there for up to 9 years, but rare.
