Poor leadership. Expected to perform job duties at outside of work hours without compensation. Given little to no resources to succeed. Properties are cheaply run with insufficient staff and training. Those capable of job duties are poorly compensated.

None. Everyone worth while jumped ship. Pay was good.

No support. No one you can turn to if you have an issue with upper management cause guess what ? They are all related. The nepotism is strong within this syht show of a company. All the Amazing people that either hired me or were my former regional, or friends have all since quit or been fired. All that is left at Corp are fake, related white privileged nepotism individuals. Please trust me! Find anywhere else to work! They are trying to push everyone out that they aren't best friends with or related to.
