The job itself is interesting and challenging. You have new things to learn every day, and they have a good system set up for education and growth. If you are placed into a good team, then this job could be a great place to have a long-term career. Ok pay for a lead-in role if you can handle the negatives.
Minpunten
On application for the job you are told it is a hybrid role with 3 days working from home and 2 in office. It is only once you have completed the 8 weeks mandatory on-site training that you find out that each team leader has different rules around the hybrid part of the job. Some team leaders allow their employees to work the 3 days from home (as advertised) straight away whereas some make you wait up to 6 months to even have 1 day working from home. Many people leave after onboarding due to this issue. Your job enjoyment will depend heavily on the manager and team you are aligned with. I would have stayed with this company if not for my experience with a toxic manager. The pay is not enough for the level of toxicity on a daily basis. Micromanaging, Gossiping and Corporate bullying are pretty commonplace. Out of the 16 people in my onboarding only 3 remain at the company.
