There are no cons to mention

I have only been here for a week but I already know I found a place to make a career. The first week has changed my life for the better. I came in expecting half expecting that everything Todd had told me and I read about Fortren/e mortgage was just b.s but I am so glad that I was totally wrong. My first week with their trainer Justin has changed my entire perspective on so many of the things I was taught. It's very easy to see that with somebody like this responsible for their training is why they are growing and the consensus among all of us is that he's probably not human lol. I'm a hard person to win over but all of the the things I was told are so far true. Everybody is very welcoming and you can tell that the people like each other. Even the CEO sits on the floor helping his people!! They sponsor a gym membership and have a 2 hour lunch that is unheard of.

Only cons I can think of right now are that it looks like the training will be very challenging and that there is a real no non-sense attitude here. Not necessarily a con but some people might find it to be. The people at Fortren/e mortgage have high expectations so some people who were expecting an easy workload probably are in for a surprise.
