Great bosses, structured support from corporate office, workload is manageable compared to other labs I’ve worked for, overall culture is good

Benefits and pay aren’t great, particularly the benefits, they’re a little pricey and outside of preventative care, don’t cover enough imho, 401k is very low to where it’s almost nonexistent

The work itself isn’t too difficult and is enjoyable to learn. Good way to get lab experience and co-workers are nice in my experience. The job doesn’t follow you home and your schedule can be flexible if discussed with local managers

Upper Management is monumentally slow to react to anything and staff turnover is high, especially in admin and PLM. A lot of work will be thrown your way so being able to work well and fast is important. Benefits are also ok at best, except the 401k, which is terrible. Expect weird stuff to disrupt raises/reviews. Get a year or two of exp and leave.
