The career growth often leads to promotions for existing team members. Benefits are pretty nice, especially the unlimited PTO and not having to worry about how many days you can take off each year. Employees are empowered to bring their ideas forward and guide their own role in some capacity. There is a lot of flexibility in the roles and how individuals can contribute to the overall company vision.

Enavate is a business at the end of the day. Sometimes that means difficult decisions must be made about layoffs and reductions. That is the unfortunate reality for most companies, not just Enavate. Company goals tend to be overly optimistic. It's great to aim for the stars. But sometimes it's hard to translate those goals into actionable items for the individual teams.

My personal experience has been one of growth and transformation. I have been fortunate enough to chase my personal career goals and align them with the company needs. The environment is nimble and fast paced. This is an organization that thrives on the entrepreneur spirit, not for the week at heart. I have many great colleagues and leaders. I feel my voice matters, and I make a difference every day. I am looking forward to a new era at Enavate with new partnerships and continued improvement in vision.

The company has a tendency to set high goals. While I understand the logic, unattainable goals can also lead to giving up on the chase. I gave this company 5 stars because I believe I feel our leader are dedicated in doing the right thing for teammates and profitability. This is a difficult balance to achieve, but one I feel has been met.
