Important information was often shared as an afterthought, leaving me feeling out of the loop and frustrated. The office culture is toxic and competitive. Instead of fostering a collaborative environment, the approach is strictly top-down and encourages yes men. This creates a hostile work environment where trust is practically non-existent. In conclusion, my experience at ERA Singapore was nothing short of demoralizing. The management's disregard for work-life balance, the lack of proper training, toxic office culture, and absence of career growth opportunities make it a place I would strongly advise against joining. It's unfortunate that a company with such potential falls so short in delivering a positive and enriching work environment for its employees.
