Minpunten
Seems like a lot of recent positive reviews are from new employees (<1 year). ERPi does a good job pretending to be the new hip kid on the block. But once you get to know the firm, you realize that it's all lies and that many things you were promised during orientation quickly disappear. - Limited contracts - Unqualified managers - Group of men trying to determine maternity leave for women - Dying culture - Terrible IT - Management highlights the "wins" and brushes everything negative under the rug - Leaders are completely out of touch with the people of their company - The firm only cares about the bottom line - very stingy when it comes to spending for employee events like happy hours. In addition, leadership decided to cancel the annual holiday party to "save" money
