Managment is dysfunctional, ( they and openly talk about only reason they are staying is to have their equity vest then leave), they continue to do business in Russia (but will do everything they can to hide that fact), they refuse to provide adequate resources to do one's job well (but will work you to the bone) and provide conflicting guidance at every turn.
