I can't speak for the company as it is now because I've been gone for over a year, but they used to try to take care of their staff as well as possible. Through a series of management changes and an ownership change, they did their best to work with what they could.
Minpunten
Because of those changes in ownership their operating capital was lowered substantially. That created turmoil in the company as each part needed funds to drive business but there was none. Ownership ran it as if they think businesses can stand on their own with absolutely no direction, no relatable vision and no marketing. They were aggressive cost cutters and that affected quality.
