You’ll come across with very few genuinely good people here.
Minpunten
The work culture thrived on favoritism, groupism, and a serious lack of transparency. Individual performance and effort were often overlooked, with decisions being made based more on personal associations than actual merit. Constructive feedback was rare, and genuine collaboration was replaced with exclusion and politics. New ideas were constantly dismissed, and contributions were undervalued — making it feel like no matter how much you did, it was never enough or acknowledged. There was a noticeable tendency for some individuals to seek credit for work they didn’t fully contribute to, while others were consistently silenced or sidelined. The HR environment lacked professionalism and often felt chaotic more focused on internal entertainment than supporting employees. While there were a few genuinely good and hardworking people in the team, they were overshadowed by a toxic culture of self-interest, cliques, and ego. This is not a place I would recommend for anyone looking for a healthy, growth-driven work environment.
