1. Sudden, unexplained layoffs: I was terminated without warning or performance feedback. No PIP, no developmental plan, just a meeting and a forced to submit resignation letter. 2. Opaque decision-making: Big calls are made behind closed doors by a small inner circle, who doesn't have a clue how to run the company, merit and data rarely factor in. 3. Favoritism & groupism: Advancement depends more on whom you agree with than what you deliver. 4. Absent strategic Leadership and Mid Senior management: Leadership felt like a rubber stamp, unable or unwilling to protect and help to build employees career. No policies. 5. No career development: Promised training never materialized, project goals changed on a whim, making it impossible to build expertise or show impact. 6. Morale-draining culture: At Leadership, the Anxiety is over “who’s next” dominates hallways, stifling collaboration and innovation.
