In Germany it is the best business school. Great & historic location in the presidential office of the German GDR government. Beautiful garden, especially the newly renovated fountain.

Internationally it is not much known. Even in Turkey, which has close ties to Germany. There is a lack of culture to the place and interactions are transactional. Because of this, the experience of some staff at the place can be worse than at others.

Friendly coworkers, you are given a good amount of responsibility if you show competency. You have the freedom to change/improve processes for the most part. My direct boss is very nice.

Pay is bad and not going to go up any time soon, the company is stuck in the past technologically. For a school of management and technology we don't often have transparency from the Management Committee.
