It is fun to substitute because the kids are great. I like the fact if I have an appointment or have to take off a day, I can.

Corporate is lazy and underpays. They pretend they give benefits, but the benefits offered are prohibitively expensive for nigh nonexistent coverage. Hours are not gaurunteed. There are few to no restrictions on who is allowed to teach kids. During the "Interview" (there wasn't an interveiw) they just did an unpaid eight hour orientation training that they pretended was an interveiw so they could steal your fairly earned wages. I hate these guys.
