Recent layoffs and lack of transparency from management have damaged morale. Also a return to office mandate (especially in LA) where they want us in 3 days a week is also damaging morale even further since majority of us work on teams that are not based in our own office, so if we go into the office, we will be the only person from our team in the office. Lack of meeting room space in our buildings also means we're taking private client calls in public spaces as well. Layoffs also disproportionately affected ethnic minorities and LGBT folks (to the point where certain offices lost their entire LGBT affinity network leads) and higher performance bonuses were given to white/white-passing workers.
