The toxicity in this company is palpable, with senior management abruptly altering the work culture and imposing unrealistic expectations in what seems like a calculated effort to drive people out. There’s a disturbing sense of nepotism and favoritism, where individuals from elite backgrounds—particularly Oxbridge and Eton—are disproportionately favored for promotions and the most desirable projects. On top of that, there is a clear bias against coloured employees, who are more frequently placed on performance reviews, with their contributions often overlooked and underappreciated.
