Co workers and corporate contacts were always very helpful. Almost entire Executive management staff turned over . Previous executives were great and people oriented lived up to there corporate direction of people come first . New management is confused and have conflicting messages making consistent performance impossible. Entire company trying to react to legislation effecting business with ill prepared products and poor support and training. Never used to be like that.

too much emphasis going out country , company trying to go international in anticipation of possible legislation coming down in US. Mexico and Canada is primary focus no internal organic growth and no future . Too many new faces with too many messages and marketing directions. Turnover is one of the highest I have ever seen in my 35 years of management. Due to middle management protecting themselves from upper by throwing bodies under the bus. Constant turnover hides poor performance , for a while.
