- extremely sketchy commission and pay structure. Sales reps are not entitled to see their own commissions or pay.
- the commission checks are messed up every single month. Company has probably missed hundreds of thousands in commissions but employees have no way to check other than do math themselves…
- 1/15 reps at this company hits quota globally
- rely on third party companies to complete installs and only pay their own reps after the third party completes an install on a deal a rep closes months in advance. Essentially you’ll wait at least 2 months to see commissions or quota credits on closed business…
- the founder will not invest in enterprise technology solutions so one person with zero revenue operations experience manages the entire revenue org globally from a google sheet…
