I worked with many of the same people for a half decade and we were nearly always having fun. It was a very joyful place to work even when things were difficult and tight. I genuinely care for everyone at this company and I'm so glad I chose to spend time with these folks for such a long part of my career.

Sales were up and down at times.

Work life balance is wonderful. It's the kind of place where you need to get your work done, but everyone here is self motivated. There aren't any managers over your shoulder constantly asking you for more work to be done. Projects are organized very reasonably and the work gets done in an efficient manner. Our past projects were did not always have the most thought out UX, but we have grown incredibly and now I can say that it's become a real strength of our company.

A bit more focused on web application development than iOS/Android mobile development. We're certainly getting a lot of interest in this area though, so I'm sure we'll need to continue our growth and development.
