      ▪︎ Great starting pay for new estys ▪︎ Get hands on with various devices & treatments ▪︎hourly pay, commission & tips

      Minpunten

      ▪︎no backbar products ▪︎no real skin care brands, they use cheap things nobody has ever heard of and try to sell it for $1000s more than it is ▪︎no chance for growth ▪︎commission caps at 5% ▪︎management expects your life to be indebted to work. They do not care about you. So if you have kids (like I do) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, they will not work with you. ▪︎LAST you have to work open to close (1030am-7pm) and if your full time that's 5 days a week. So there is no freedom.

      Easy training. pretty easy and slow paced.

      Might have just been a personal experience but it felt like I was back in highschool. I could hear the manager himself being catty and making smart remarks about something I wrote on my resume with another employee. The girls would talk badly about each other and have weird issues. I hurt my back helping with laundry and had gotten a hospital note to take 3 days off. I was working more hours than the other receptionists then after that happened they cut my hours drastically. I was only there less than 2 months and quit.
