Company is locally owned. People on same level as myself are great.
Minpunten
Constant feeling of no job security. Laying people off and dropping exceedingly more work on less people. Poor salary for work you are expected to do. Constant high stress environment. Uncomfortable work environment due to building management not able to control temperature (extremely warm one day, freezing the next). Due to stress and poor environment, people constantly sick. Incompetent management on many levels. Ideas are quickly dismissed as irrelevant. Poor decisions from higher up management on increasing costs to pad the bottom line rather than being focused on the customer (customer service is good but many people finding services moving out of price ranges). Draw more customers in with lower costs and you will make more money in the long run. Attempts to keep up with much larger companies which small company mentality does not work. Management is not willing to change to be a company of 2015. Technology is amazing for the customer, technology and tools within the company are horrible.
