The Edina office is a nice space. This company is a good fit if you like answering phones as a large part of your job. A good opportunity to get experience in troubleshooting electrical, networking, and software issues. If you like a sink or swim approach, it's a good role to get your feet wet in a very exciting and challenging industry.
Minpunten
Training and support are very low priorities, the leadership has a very "pick yourself up by your bootstraps" attitude and believe that the hard way is the best way to learn. Managers are difficult to approach. Technicians are discouraged in the onboarding to talk about pay. They downplay how much of the controls engineer/technician role is answering phones. Hard to maintain work-life balance under the expectation of working on projects on your own time. Benefits are low quality in comparison to my past jobs.
