Besides being paid well staff are treated poorly, example employee who has been there for best part of a decade ask for a sabbatical. It was denied and then that employee was conveniently fired two weeks later. Hard to retain any good IT staff, this year 7 left after year end. There are only about 20 in total Owner is not a nice person and is too much of a micro manager even as the company has grown Really short on IT talent Systems are not bad but certainly well behind peers Some worrying practices which could land us in trouble sooner rather than later
