Pluspunten
I worked at eclipse for just under a decade. Had an amazing life experience and met some great people along the way, many of which are now life long friends. I will cherish my time there as you get to work with a lot of smart and passionate people. As with life there is always that one guy who is a tool but generally speaking was a pleasure to work with most people there. I would of expected better after working there for so long but was only able to send a censored goodbye email along with hearing nothing from my manager or even the boss, which was quite pathetic and disheartening but also not surprising coming from a manager who made up stuff in a previous review, while trying to hide it. When confronted digged a whole so big was perfect to kick myself in. A lot of management make themselves look good and are quite good gatekeepers of displaying their image. The boss might be strict but he definitely has a great work ethic and tries very hard, sometimes too hard on himself, which he unknowingly displays in the office but nonetheless respect greatly.
