Needs to determine whether they are a service company or a product sales company. The two sides compete and often operate under conflicting license/pricing approaches. 5. Leadership wants to own large segments of the market which they are not even closely prepared to claim thus inhibiting potentially lucrative partnerships and revenue generation.

Everyone in the company has a strong role and voice with what goes on. Coming from a large company with thousands of people to a small team can seem daunting at first and then you realize you have a bunch of freedom as long as it will yield results.

We do a lot with a small but growing staff. Therefore, we're creating patterns to support onboarding new hires. For leadership, more delegating will be needed in the future.
