Ecoplexus is a company of great people. Overall management has taken time to hire individuals that will maintain a culture of high quality, results oriented professionals that are a pleasure to work with. Organization is a "matrix" meaning that you get to work on projects across multiple disciplines and regions, gaining a ton of experience in a short amount of time.
Minpunten
The Ecoplexus way is to run "lean and mean" which means that workload is high, and moving up in the company is not an option since you would leave too big of a hole. The only way to move up is to move on. As mentioned in another review, the company is vary top heavy with a relatively small team performing the bulk of the process work and a large number of managers and directors that like to manage and not do.
