- Experienced toxic management/environment. Higher management ignoring concerns despite multiple complaints being raised, employees being signed off sick and leaving the company as a result.
- Poor pay - lowest paying consultancy I’ve heard of, paid the bare minimum. 22k salary for 2 years experience
- Poor TOIL system - expected to work 20-30 hours overtime before they consider giving you any time of your time back - note consider. Even then it is not like for like, have to push to be compensated. Those on the national living wage frequently working for free
