My cons are not major issues as they are in line with most companies. The major issues I had with the company was the lack of organization, lack of transparency with employees and shareholders. Most importantly, they do not have proper procedures in place for terminating employees. Employees are terminated at the CEOs discretion, even if you do not acknowledge him in the hallway.
