Great PR / Social agency, so it has a lot to offer in the comms space. It competes less successfully in the integrated-marketing or brand-driven space. Lead, creative agency networks bring deeper channel planning and creative talent to bear in these cases. Apparent in pitch results. Creative is also an issue. Ninety-percent of creative is developed by account management. Very few offices have trained, conceptual creative development resources. Even here in London, a major hub, there's a very small creative team. The culture's definitely friendly, but it's also very cliquey.
