Pluspunten
The people, the leadership team and human resources leadership in D.C., the fact that most of the leaders care about employees, listen to employees and make it a pleasure to come to work every day. There's also a good client service focus, as there should be. Quality work is done and demanded. People are held accountable for behaviors for the most part.
Minpunten
Some of the leaders outside of the DC office are not always honest and collaborative. There is far too much politics and back-stabbing.
