After two years of this exploitation, the company restructured and brought in incredibly arrogant and condescending managers who actively discouraged career growth, created a cutthroat environment, and treated employees like disposable resources. Despite three years of consistent performance, delivering every project on time, and never missing work, they terminated me without any notice or warning, and even refused to reimburse my final legitimate expenses. This company has zero respect for its employees, unrealistic expectations, toxic leadership, and unprofessional business practices - save yourself the stress and mental anguish by staying far away from this organization.
