1yThe company policy states that employees who leave the organization before completing the committed three-year period will not be eligible to receive an experience letter. As a product-based company, eDev Technologies invests significant time and effort from senior staff to train new employees on its products, and such premature departures cannot be accommodated.
Additionally, eDev Technologies offers a retention bonus, not a performance bonus, meaning it is granted to all employees regardless of individual performance. However, if an employee leaves before the agreed period, they are required to return the retention bonus.
