Pluspunten
The only genuine positive is the people themselves—talented, resilient, and supportive of one another despite the environment.
Minpunten
There is a consistent lack of regard for employee well-being and basic professional standards which is deeply concerning. While our department manager makes a visible effort to lead with empathy, their ability to do so is routinely overridden by the rest of leadership, leaving little meaningful support for us. Prospective candidates should approach the positive reviews with skepticism, as they do not reflect the day-to-day experience for us in reality. The role is presented as hybrid, yet expectations frequently change—we are often required to come in on designated work-from-home days and, at times, even on holidays. Morale is low, burnout is high, and most employees are actively seeking opportunities elsewhere. Anyone considering employment here should proceed cautiously and seek out candid conversations with current or former employees before accepting an offer and just know that better options exist.
