1. Over 90% of the people are under qualified for their positions (i.e. no industry background, education, or skills). 2. You will be underpaid for a long time since there is no investment in employees. 3. There were no good health, dental, and eye benefits. Lack of 401K. 4. High turn over rate: there were 15 people let go in the summer and I heard many stories of people who quit over the past few years by walking out or giving no notice of leave. 5. There training process is not fully solidified as they are still training their leadership team (IT Director, CEO, Operations Manager, VP of Sales) to be better leaders and to keep the company afloat. 6. Small company growth: the company has less than fifteen people over the past three years since its inception. 7. Lack of bigger budget for programs, tools, and software. 8. The CEO is absent a lot of the time.
