And she has perfectly chosen her senior managers who only delegate, demean and corner but never understand whether any decision is good or bad. Professionals are treated with no self-respect. Full and final settlement may or may not happen, they scare employees with notice period recovery and expect people to some time work for 2 roles across 15 hours. They pay very high to some roles but most managers are promoted but no provided any raise in their salary or band. Appraisal looks like demotion which mostly demotivates and makes most employees feel shame for being part of such an organization.
