High turnover rate. Workload is heavy, if you can thrive in a "hard-love" environment then this office is for you.
This office lacks innovation and development. Methods are stuck in the 2000s. Not ideal for fresh graduates with no experience since the boss expects you to know everything, and if you don't you get scolded.
