Not the most competitive compensation

There are so many positives that I can say about working at Eight Bit. Namely, the people are really great. Everyone is super friendly and genuinely care about the work they do. The culture is uniquely Eight Bit with long standing traditions like a Six Flags trip, roller skating, holiday video, etc. People are really encouraged to have a life outside of work and this company has THE BEST work/life balance I've ever seen- I really appreciate the trust to live my life and produce great work at the same time.

The company has been around for 10 years and is relatively established and stable but many processes still need to be built out. The branding, vision and direction of the company is still a little blurry. This is essential for the success of Eight Bit as well as the professional development of its employees.
