As long as you get the work done it's not a problem. Being from North America and working in Europe for the first time, I found Eiratech very welcoming. During the covid-19 pandemic they let everyone take home their computer monitors and are seamlessly working from home. Communication is key for a business to grow and this situation has showed that Eiratech has the management and team to keep moving forward. Working at a startup with opportunities to service such a wide variety of industries and clients makes it very exciting. Every day is different, there's always a few laughs to be shared. It's a pleasure to work with such a talented and kind group of individuals.
