Some of your other feedback was surprising and disappointing. As an employee who worked here for more than three years, you know that in 2016 we had our best year ever and, as part of the sales team, you benefited and celebrated with your colleagues. We are on track in 2017 to have another great year thanks to our customers and employees. This is in sharp contrast to some of our competitors who have been engaged in massive layoffs over the past six months. In response to your other concerns, I would like to share some facts with our readers to set the record straight. In the past 18 months we have promoted internally and hired a total of 19 managers, with average industry experience of over ten years per manager. While not visible to all employees, we use a multi-step, rigorous selection process in selecting our managers. We are a top-tier partner with all of our major vendors – HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, and others – which is accomplished by proving technical competence, good business practices, and excellence in customer service year after year.
