Elefint is a great little team. The creative director and co-founder truly cares about her staff, and it was a healthy workplace to grow and be inspired. The office is in a beautiful spot shared with a great team of architects upstairs. Annual events like Desgn.it add to the atmosphere of truly making a difference in people's lives. In a city where everyone says that about their company, it feels good to know that this one is legit.

Due to the nature of working with non-profits, sometimes project budgets weren't what I wished they could be. Of course, this would be the same at any agency that works with this type of client — but it's something to keep in mind.
