      Contract position, commission only. There is a lag before you are paid because it is based on the deals that close from the appointments you set. You work 6 days a week initially.

      Downt to earth management, Owned and opperated by former field tech/installer of 10+ years so they know whats possible and what is not when it comes to customer request on installations.

      The roof is hot and takes time getting used to, comute sucks like all jobs.

      This solar company also started working with a non profit to make sales and generate more profits. The job ad was not at all realistic or accurate. 0 base pay even during trainings. Extremely long hours including weekends. Work is standing outside with no AC. Office is small, new, with almost no furniture. Manger is nice but only priority is money. Most other employees did not graduate college or have a degree at all.
