Compensation and Reviews: Salaries are below average, and performance reviews are delayed with only mediocre raises. Personnel Churn: There's a high turnover rate across various positions, from PMs and AMs to creative professionals, developers, and even leadership team members. Job Security: Job security is uncertain, with a lackluster outlook. A large portion of employees lasting 6-12 months. Leadership: Some leaders, like the CEO, DM Lead, and Head of Health, are knowledgeable, but others are unprofessional or unethical. Processes: The company's processes frequently change, causing confusion and making it difficult to determine the "right" way to do things. Short-Sighted Leadership: Leadership is short-sighted, cuts corners, and the company is characterized by chaos and disorganization, negatively impacting the business outlook. Client Work: You enjoy working with clients from various industries and find the work interesting and challenging. Office and Company Events: The office and company events are enjoyable and fun. In summary, my experience at this company is a mix of positives, such as interesting client work and enjoyable office events, and several negatives, including issues with projects, compensation, job security, and company culture. Any person joining should weigh these factors and consider whether the positive aspects outweigh the negatives.

In light of the challenges faced by many organizations this year in response to preparing for a recession we recognize that the staffing changes that we were inclined to make may have created a sense of discomfort within the organization. That is why as we moved towards those changes we did our very best to communicate the rational to ensure our employees understood the reasons for the restructuring or elimination of positions. We want to emphasize that we purposefully decided not to place a freeze on compensation increases as many companies have done this past year in an effort to demonstrate our value and respect for our employees. All performance appraisals and compensation discussions at Elite Digital are done by reviewing the market and conducted with a strong focus on fairness and equity. We understand the frustration caused by changing processes and are committed to providing clear guidelines and effective communication to minimize ambiguity. Let me just say that I never write reviews for anything. I'm just not the type of person who shares their experience, whether it's good or bad. But, in this case I'm making an exception because I know the CEO (Rob) looks closely at Glassdoor. I have worked at many different companies (some agencies, some others) and I have never seen a CEO that cares this much about his people. Sure, he says the words "Elite Family" over and over again, but it's so very clear that it isn't just words to him. His actions support those words, and it spills over to the whole leadership team. Everyone really goes the extra mile to make sure the team is cared for and supported. Last Friday was the annual Elite Holiday Party, which is what triggered me to write this review. It was the most fun I've had at a work event, ever. There's not even a close second. It didn't even feel like a work event. It was just a bunch of really great people, having so much fun together. People from every level of the organization, in every department, all just having fun and letting loose. When people talk about good workplace culture, you can really see that shine at Elite. Day to day the work is challenging and rewarding. I get to work on a large mix of brands/companies, which is nice. It's not the same thing day in and day out like in some other jobs I've worked. We use all the modern tools, and I find I'm often learning something new. To Rob specifically, when you read this... keep doing what you're doing. We all appreciate it and we all feel it every day.

Minpunten

There's not much negative to say. Processes seem to be evolving rapidly, and while Elite University helps, I'd suggest having more training when new things are rolled out so everyone is on the same page.
