We want to emphasize that we purposefully decided not to place a freeze on compensation increases as many companies have done this past year in an effort to demonstrate our value and respect for our employees. All performance appraisals and compensation discussions at Elite Digital are done by reviewing the market and conducted with a strong focus on fairness and equity.
