Special shoutout to my director for being an outstanding leader, working with him has been impactful for my professional growth as an individual. 1) I hope there will be more team bonding activities outside from the monthly lunch gatherings or town halls. 2) There is no career path for progression, and if a person's job responsibilities are changed they are not given the appropriate training to manage them. 3) My experience with the culture and career was ruined by one supervisor which is why I'm raising this as con. I get grilled on everything that I do with my colleague in our meetings which I feel extremely uncomfortable with. This condescending supervisor has a frail ego and he loves meetings a little way too much to the point where it bothers others from being productive.
