Strong opportunities for growth because younger employees are trusted to take up meaningful positions e.g. on the board of portfolio companies, and are trusted for their input and decision making

Colleagues are very friendly and assist with learning. Having the ability to learn and work with top Venture, Client, Investment and Real Estate teams is something not possible with any other companies in Dublin.
